Among brands that value sustainability, utility, and fun design, Baboon to the Moon, Béis, Calpak, and Topo Designs offer adventure, organization, trends, and durability. Despite varying loyalty systems, all four prioritize unique styling and community engagement

User interviews
Learning what attracts clients to BAGGU through surveys
I interviewed 30 Baggu customers through an online survey. The questions related to the products they own, and their thoughts on the Baggu community and brand,



User personas
Identify patterns in client perspectives
Based on interview analysis, I identified two major user groups for BAGGU: Trend-driven customers and community driven customers. Trend driven customers follow fashion trends on social media and aim to update thei rpersonal style to express themselves and appear on-trend. Community driven customers like what BAGGU stands for (sustainability, fun and utility) and enjoys meeting others who do as well. Community driven customers often find social media groups or online foums to chat with others about their purchases.
